As someone is disabled, I have lived experience of the challenges and differences that can come with accessing training, whether this is due to a physical disability, chronic illness, the use of mobility aids, a sensory disability, mental health conditions or being neurodiverse. I have lived and professional experience of adapting training to ensure it is accessible for all, and that you can achieve your goals, whether that’s competing, or taking your dog for a walk independently.

121 training sessions aimed at manual and electric wheelchair users developing confidence and independence in areas such as:

• Walking your dog onlead from a wheelchair

• Adaptations for training from a wheelchair safely.

• Confidence in recall

• Toy play

• Participating in dog sports and activities as a wheelchair user.

• Adapting training and skills for ambulatory wheelchair users.
